      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opted to now have access to make international calls believing that I could add a bolt on as required. I have just added the bolt on however I still cannot call abroad. How can I either cancel the bolt on or activate calling from UK to Portugal? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
