    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a call from O2 yesterday saying my monthly payment would be reduced.&amp;nbsp; I have checked my O2 account today and my tariff has been more than doubled from £7.00 to £16.00.&amp;nbsp; Can you rectify this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also received an iphone through the post which I did not request.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can help protect your account and stop transactions&lt;BR /&gt;Change your account and online account passwords. NOT JUST O2's.
