      <title>I am still getting O2 bill when I have canceled it?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sometime in November, I called O2 to let them know that I will not be continuing my contract with O2 and need to cancel. I do not live in the UK anymore so I don't need to renew. The agent on the phone advised me that my contract will end end of 2022. Today I received an O2 bill today for period&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;01 January 2023 -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;01 February 2023 . I checked my account and it says I'm still on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;O2 Refresh Unlimited 90GB tariff. Can someone please help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I can not call as I don't have the O2 number anymore. I also can not find customer service email address. If I am in the wrong place can you please direct me on who to speak to? Please note I can not call as I don't have a UK phone number. Thanks for your help)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
