      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has 2 sim cards and O2 is being used for calls only. All the data usage is set to my primary sim card (O2 is secondary). And yet O2 keeps sending me "you've been charged by &lt;SPAN&gt;£&lt;/SPAN&gt;2 for today's data usage". And obviously there is no one available at customer services to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
