my latest bill shows premium call made 26th October to 08445766841 which is located in Hanoi Vietnam.

I have no reason to call Vietnam, and i did not make the call.

What makes you think that this is a Vietnamese number

0844 numbers are British premium numbers and this number shows it relates to appliance care

you are correct i called Prima appliances, who called me said it was from Vietnam .
