      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone on the 12th October when o2 PHONED ME AND OFFERED ME IT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was promised it would arrive within 4 weeks. And it’s almost six weeks and it isn’t here yet ? Still saying out of stock. And I can’t seem to speak to anyone about this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did call them. And I just kept getting an apology. I even paid for the cover and fast charge plug. It arrived within a couple days and o2 made £35 off of me for that. Still no phone and no resolution. Even better I added a new line today all was fine until I went in to my emails to confirm the order and it said no because I have to wait till my previous order arrives. Nobody seems to have a clue !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming the phone on order is an iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max? If so Apple have already highlighted that supplies are restricted and that some people who order now won't get their devices before Christmas, O2 and a number of other companies will all be waiting on supplies to arrive and sadly only Apple will know when they will get them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The good news is if you ordered back in October I can't see you waiting much longer to be fair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
