Sim swaps normally take less than 24 hours and most happen in less than an hour. If you have an O2 store nearby, call in and they'll swap your details onto a new sim.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a sim swap Sunday 6th November. I’ve spoken to customer service and this should have taken no more than 5 days according to them. I’ve tried turning the phone on and off, resets the lot. Still no joy. Any advice is appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
