      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4537832"&gt;@Misty3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're on a payment plan, your sim will be restricted until you clear the bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provided you keep paying the device plan, the phone will stay active but if you stop paying it (or the agreed repayment terms) they will just cancel that account and bill you the full amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have other accounts that re still being paid for normally, they will not be effected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
