    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t see my final bill in My O2, after leaving O2 network for another provider and porting my number across. My O2 via the website doesn’t show that I have any devices and I can’t see my bill anywhere. I cannot access the app any more. Please can someone help me access my final bill?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
