Quite simple, but no idea where to find and how to apply for teachers discount. Also, i did not know this was even available, as an old and loyal customer is there anyway of backdating my current contract, or finding some agreeable offer to compensate my existing contract if i chose to upgrade today. So, two things

how do i get my 25% teachers discount towards my next contract
can i get a reduced fee on the remaining amount on my existing contract of 25% or an amount we both agree to, as i could have done this when i last upgraded.

I could be cheeky and ask for the PREVIOUS contract to be looked at also, but even i know we have a better chance of resurrecting The Queen, so can we please just look at 1 and 2 above.

You have to sign up within the first 30 days of the new contract

There isn't any option to backdate the discount no matter how loyal a customer you are, sorry.

You also have to re-apply every time you upgrade
