      <title>New contract.  Problem with Extra</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I clicked the wrong choice for my extra but I haven't activated it. &amp;nbsp;The website says it CAN be changed and to contact 202 from my phone. &amp;nbsp; When I speak to them, no one can help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes and No. &amp;nbsp; the extra that I wanted (Apple Music) is apparently not listed on my extras (but I did see it). &amp;nbsp; Todays advice is that I need to contact Apple to activate it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
