      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive just taken out a 12 month sim only contract for my daughter at £22 with a spend cap of £30.&amp;nbsp; O2 have just sent me my first bill and it is for £37, my daughter only used the unlimited free mins and texts and barely made a dent in the 150 GB, why are they charging so much more than the contracted £22?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
