I have just arrived in Cyprus and I have no Network my Roaming is on but I cannot make phone calls or browse the Internet etc

Try a few things, @AndrewDraper

Check or toggle airplane mode on then off after rebooting the phone.

Manually select a network - be sure to get a Greek network, not a Turkish one!

Switch WiFi calling off on phone and in your MyO2, if enabled.

Step down to 3G from 4G or 5G and manually search for a network you can connect to.

If you have an iPhone, check your APN in SIM data settings - set it to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and scan for networks.

Finally, reach out to O2 via Social Media, when on good WiFi somewhere, links below this post - so they can check you have no roaming bars in place.
