      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello! I've also had two Direct Debit payments today. So I've been charged twice my usual amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is following a new Direct Debit set up on July 14th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't pay for my device through o2. So I should only be paying my tarrif.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what's happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
