    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, what happened here? I’m in the same boat. Meant to be receiving my order today but it’s still just saying “order confirmed” and hasn’t moved to “being processed” yet I’ve received all 4 T&amp;amp;C’s emails and email from O2 saying that it’s “full steam ahead”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’ve placed an order for a phone contract, the £30 prepayment has been payed but it also still pending. I have the legal documents, order confirmation and I can see the phone in my orders. I just want to see if I’ve been accepted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
