    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an existing O2 customer with a PAYG mobile number. I have been trying to take out a new contract and move my existing mobile number from Three to O2. On the checkout page I am asked whether I am a new or existing customer. After clicking on existing customer and logging in, I keep receiving a general ‘Something went wrong’ error page. I have tried many times over the past hour but can’t get any further than this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone assist?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
