      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a text message saying my payment is overdue but it was taken out if my bank which&amp;nbsp; in turn left my bank overdrawn i cant afford to have my phone cut off due to my husbands medical needs and my sons nain school contact number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
