    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered my phone on the 28th of march and it said it would be delivered within a week, i haven't even received an email or text saying my phone has been dispatched but i have my order confirmation, where is it ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What it says online and what it is are normally two different things. O2 has been doing this to customers for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
