      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same issue - Took out a new contract on 13th March with six months of free airtime but it hasn't been applied. After an unhelpful phone call with o2, they told me to contact the store I bought the phone from. The store said this has happened for quite a few people and told me to email the following address to explain the situation and they will sort it out.
