      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to activate wifi calling on my iPhone. I try the setting on the phone it says get my provider to enable it. When I go onto My 02 it says enable it on my iphone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's no decent info anywhere on your site on how to do this, no switch I can change, and when I called up your advisors seemed baffled by the question, put me on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please put some sensible advice here. I know it's not avalable on PAYG but it is advertised as available on Pay Monthly - why is it not available as it should be using the iPhone settings page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: it seems this is a question O2 seems to be refusing to answer, there's a whole stack of unanswered identical queries. Utter rubbish. Might go on to Linkedin and see if I can pester a few board members.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
