Where can I enter my PAC code online?

Hi All,

There's lots of helpful links to the O2 Keep my number page (https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number) which says I can enter my PAC code online. But I can't for the life of me find where to enter it? I have a new contract with O2, which came with a new number, I have a PAC code for my old number ready to go, the O2 lines are always busy and I just want to give someone my PAC code to transfer my number to O2!

I want to transfer my old BT mobile number to my existing O2 phone. I have a PAC code and started using the O2 online transfer, but am confused by the numbers it wants filled in.

There are 3 places to enter numbers :-

“your mobile number” which I assume is current O2 number.

”the mobile number you want to transfer” which I assume is my old BT number.

”the new mobile number” what is this ??
