      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the issue I have is with a barred service due to a change in circumstances, I cannot make an outbound call from my handset to an agent who works for o2 to discuss an arrangement to clear my arrears. Is there a number that can be provided so I can make an outbound call from my barred handset to be able to speak with someone about sorting out my arrears please and thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
