How long does it take for your contract to be delivered

I got a contract phone ordered it yesterday it’s now been shipped does anyone know how long it takes to get delivered if someone nice can help me that would be great thanks also I cannot find my other messages so cannot post it to them 😊

I also ordered a new contract phone from o2 yesterday afternoon (02/02/2022) which stated next day delivery. Sat in all day for it, to find that dhl only picked it up at 12:50pm today and it's in transit! So much for next day huh 🤣
