I've just upgraded to a new Samsung phone and took advantage of an offer where I got a Samsung Chromebook with it. I got the phone next working day but still waiting for the Chromebook to arrive. Anyone have any advice on how long they had to wait to receive anything such as a Chromebook or Fitbit etc when it's included in an upgrade deal?

You need to claim the Chromebook from Samsung as per the details on the Phone details page on the shop

Country Select (samsungpromotions.claims) will take you to the Chromebook 4 offers
