      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been on the phone to payment line now trying to get in contact and I’ve waited on the phone about 30-40 mins both times and been hung up on! I need to pay my bills as they aren’t available on my App!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
