    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 numbers on my account. I am still paying a small amount for a Sony Experia, which has been destroyed. This is associated with one of the numbers in my account, lets call it phone A.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other number (call it phone B) is associated with a Samsung, bought as a replacement for the Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In reality the Samsung is used as phone A, and phone B uses an iphone 5s from a previous supplier, and fully paid for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what I want to do is,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Associate phone A with the Samsung&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Associate phone B with the extinct Sony, and pay off the balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Upgrade phone B to an iphone 13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have given up trying to phone 02, and failing any ideas here my best option may be to visit an 02 shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;William&lt;/P&gt;</description>
