Hi sorry i know this is asked alot before but im just confused.

So placed my order for a iPhone 11and paid £20 upfront which left my account (but think its pending)

we need to review your order before we accept it, this can take up to 24hrs.

we'll email you to let you know if we accept your order

delivery might not be on time.

idk what to do

Once you are accepted you will receive the contract and terms via emails

Open the emails and the links they contain

This is your acceptance by means of a digital signature

Until then you just need to wait

Currently they are doing credit checks.. That's why your money is showing as pending. If you are accepted they will take the money and send email confirmation. If you are refused the money will be returned to your bank.
