Hello!

I have recently made an UK contract for pay monthly and this one includes a chosen extra, for example the free months of disney. i do not want any extras, though. does anyone know if i can just NOT add any of the extras and keep my contract as it is? i just don't fancy being charged extra at some point...

My problem is similar. The O2 website tricked me into signing up for Disney+, so I'll have to pay over £6 unnecessarily for my first ever month with O2. I cancelled the extra instantly, once I saw it on my bill. I have no interest in any extras. I bet I can't get my money back.
