      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got my first bill. It states -£25. Don’t understand the minus. I was told by an agent &amp;nbsp;my contract was £20 a month on pay monthly not £25. Also saw mention somewhere about line rental. It’s a mobile phone bill not broadband .....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
