      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've ordered an nintendo&amp;nbsp; switch&amp;nbsp; said I couldn't&amp;nbsp; get the order gone onto my online banking and the £30 upfront fee has been debited from my account but had no confirmation&amp;nbsp; email and can't see anything&amp;nbsp; on my 02 app can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
