How do i remove Sync 1?

I had an esim on my apple watch but was not using it.

How do i cancel this?

I removed it via the applewatch app on the iphone but it warned i might need to contact my provider.

Cannot see anything on o2 page to help.

Can someone shed some light?

If you bought it from O2, you need to pay off the watch device plan first.

If from elsewhere, you can just call and cancel the plan.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
