This is just telling your 12/24/36 month commitment has finished

Everything stays the same, and you can keep using the phone as you have been doing, or switch to a different tariff if you want / upgrade

How do I stay on my tariff as on my o2 account my contact is until February 2023

If you do nothing, nothing will change and you will carry on with your current tariff.
