    <description>Good morning, My o2 phone has been disconnected because my monthly bill is outstanding, Unfortunately I have recently suffered a severe mental breakdown and am now unemployed because of my condition, am now receiving psychiatric treatment from Dorothy Patterson hospital in Walsall. Obviously I need my phone to be able to contact my medical team, I would like to explain that the payment should be able 8th December when I receive my Armed Forces invaliding pension.</description>
