      <title>Cannot access previous bills after upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with O2 for numerous years.&amp;nbsp; I have a private contract, but use my phone for work as well and submit my bills for expenses when i have to make expensive long range calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually i could go into my bills and there was a dropdown box to view/dowload previous months bills.&amp;nbsp; But having upgraded it seems to have reset and i now only have access to my most recent bill (first on new deal).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know a way to find bills from previous contract?&amp;nbsp; There has been no change in my payment method, phone number etc, just a new handset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im lazy and submit an expense report every 3 months, so need to pull a few bills, but cannot find them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My previous bills have disappeared too; the drop down link they allowed you to use to select&amp;nbsp; which month has gone.&amp;nbsp; I can't reach anyone at O2 , spent an hours searching the site to no avail !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
