      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade my phone through my 02 account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I get to the checkout, but it then needs to send me a text to my current 02 phone number to verify the account. Unfortunately, my phone is not working and will not switch on. I was wondering if there was anyway I could process the upgrade without text verification (I can do email or other method?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rosie&lt;/P&gt;</description>
