I can make but can not receive calls

Recently moved to o2 from Sky Mobile, transferred my number and activated my SIM, however I can only make calls to other people.

Incoming calls are not getting through.

On iPhone 12 Pro Max, full mobile signal, have rebooted the phone to no avail.

Any help appreciated.
