The only way to do this is to call customer services, as they need to close down the CCA, you can contact customer services on 202 from your o2 phone

Calling doesn’t work, it’s automated message to go back to the website or the app- how do I pay off device?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s Payment management team about. You can reach them by calling -0800 902 0217.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
