I want to pay my bill for number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The website will not accept my card. Please can you give me a bank account I can pay off bill. I want to close contract too as I no longer use this number as I am abroad.

Hi,

I am trying to pay off a bill for O2.

Please can you tell me the bank account name as it appears on the O2 bank at HSBC.

I have been given a sortcode and bank account but no number from O2 via messenger.

This is because I am abroad and cant also process payment usual way online.

I have got as far as getting bank account sort code on Messenger but need full bank account name to process payment.
