      <title>Faulty Phone Replacement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've an Oppo Reno 4 Pro 5G for less than a year and have started to experience a number of issues - charging point not keeping charger/headphones in place, loss of VOOC charging and phone not restarting when rebooting.&amp;nbsp; And now the battery seems to drain pretty quickly.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, I need to send the phone off for repair but was wondering if O2 provide a replacement handset whilst the phone is off for repair?&amp;nbsp; I don't particularly trust Oppo to repair quickly as the other support i've received from them to date has been dreadful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
