    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone in 5th Nov , O 2 take you through whole process with no mention of being out of stock until you have commitec to it , why is this ? If I had known phone was out of stock I would not have wasted my time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
