    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have been getting charged for insurance on my bill which I cancelled it 2years ago I have informed o2 and they said they wud credit my account so am waiting on this to pay my outstanding bill and even the outstanding bill charges me £7.50 for the month is wrong can you help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
