      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got a phone on contract , it has been 15 days and I still haven't recieved my sim card. My data on my pay as you go has now run and I can't call anyone either. Yet my bill for the contract has come out today even tho I didn't use any of the data or minutes as I don't have the sim card. When I try to track my order it says i don't have any previous orders ,but I did receive the phone two weeks ago . How do i find out when my sim card will arrive?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your advice..After calling them 4 times and 50 minute si have been told i need to call mobile phones direct instead ... I would happily do that if I had my sim card..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
