      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I’m in the Caribbean and have added the international bolt-on but whenever I try and call the uk it won’t connect despite having the correct dialling codes. So very very frustrating and impossible to contact o2 who only seem to want to live chat if I want to upgrade!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just constant unable to connect your call message&lt;/P&gt;</description>
