I have plenty of data allowance (18GB left for the month). My phone says it is on the Movistar network. Texts are working fine. I can see the 3G symbol in the top right corner but when I try to visit a web page or use any app that uses the internet it cannot connect. I have tried restarting the phone, putting it on and off airplane mode, turning mobile data on and off, turning roaming on and off. None of these things worked.
