      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a sim only plan and when I've checked I could get an upgrade at 5th October. Now I'm checking and I can upgrade at 5th January. Why is that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
