      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to an Xperia 1 iii last week after paying off my previous device and couldn't get on with the xperia so for the first time in 20 years of being an 02 customer I contacted o2 to return the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They sent me out a jiffy bag with Ingram micros address on it and I returned it last Thursday (I have proof of postage).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondering how long they take to acknowledge receiving the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also remember there is a lack of drivers to deliver parcels into depots and onto customers to be opened and processed...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doubt someone is sat on there **** being lazy, it will be in a queue to be processed....&amp;nbsp; If people dont like buying online goto the shop its that simple...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
