      <title>Unable to make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded yesterday morning have kept the same number. I was told it could take up to 24hrs for service to start on my new SIM. My phone is showing O2 service and I am able to send texts but unable to call out or receive incoming calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is the same, I did not have this issue when I moved to Vodafone from ee, I can’t see how hard this is to complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 6pm for the port to complete (although it is normally complete before this).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is some advice in the guide below about porting in to o2.&lt;/P&gt;
