    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3354413"&gt;@Caro333blue&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it has an EE ESim installed in it, for some reason, I would contact customer services and arrange a return and replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And sounds like a Supplier failure, into o2 and very poor QA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Customer Services can be contacted on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i received my new ‘like new’ iPhone XR and have an O2 SIM card. The network on the new phone says EE and says SIM failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot find a telephone number to call to sort out this problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caroline&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
