I’m considering this plan -

Sim only deals for the phone

At the bottom of the list there is plan

1GB DATA

Unlimited minutes and texts

12 months Airtime Plan

£12.00* MONTHLY

I've always used PAYG so I'm ignorant on monthly plan.

My question is -

It says ‘Unlimited minutes and texts', but there is a price table of ‘Charges outside your allowance’

When does ‘outside allowance’ trigger? Is the plan supposed to be ‘Unlimited’?

So the minutes and texts are unlimited to landline numbers starting 01, 02 and 03 and to normal mobile numbers @YKSK.

Charges outside your allowance will kick in if you call/message an international number, or some 08 numbers (084/087) or 09.

You would be better staying on a 10 pound big bundle on payandgo

7 GB for less money and still unlimited minutes and texts

The monthly deal is truly awful
