Correlation code

I have an unauthorised Google Play charge to my account. I have an iPhone not an android. I’ve tried to claim from Google Play but they won’t proceed with out a correlation code for the transaction from my carrier. O2 said they can’t provide me with a code???
Also beware as I had a zero spend cap on the account but apparently this doesn’t cover bill to mobile transactions.

To restrict usage on Charge to Mobile you need to ask O2 to place a bar to all bill debits on your account

As for the specific issue of being billed from Play Store I'll tag one of our account advisors @O2Lisa to see if she can help

Spend caps wont exclude payment to Google play.

Thanks yes I’ve added the bar now (lesson learnt!) hopefully I will get the code I need to claim from Google Play.
